Sovay login process is quick and simple.
- Users enter a username.
- Sovay sends the user’s Secret Question and Sovay Phrase to the OOB channel.
- A secure multimedia session begins to record the user answering the Secret Question and speaking the Sovay Phrase.
- Sovay Server analyzes the recording using a collection of technologies which could include voice recognition, face recognition, speech recognition, lip reading, random phrase evaluation and other biometrics technology.
- Sovay verifies the user’s identify and confirms if the login is real-time.
