How Sovay Works

Sovay recognizes users the same way that humans do, identifying people using a simple process that ensures they are actually present at login.

Sovay is a flexible, scalable human identification system built on a generalized platform that can support a very large number of users. The result of this approach means that the design and implementation will adapt to changing technologies and grow as demand requires. Best-of-breed technologies today may fall from favor as new technologies are developed, and Sovay supports utilizing the best-of-breed and quickly adapts to the changing environment.

Sovay provides irrefutable proof of identity of the authenticating user.

Sovay login process is quick and simple.

  • Users enter a username.
  • Sovay sends the user’s Secret Question and Sovay Phrase to the OOB channel.
  • A secure multimedia session begins to record the user answering the Secret Question and speaking the Sovay Phrase.
  • Sovay Server analyzes the recording using a collection of technologies which could include voice recognition, face recognition, speech recognition, lip reading, random phrase evaluation and other biometrics technology.
